We stayed in the Roman Dynasty on a Friday night. We were really looking forward to a nice quite relaxing time. We arrived and had couple massages which were wonderful. When we came back from dinner and was ready to relax we could here all sorts of noises coming from other rooms. The room above us had a couple that fought all night long and finally at 3:30 am I called the front office and asked them to take care of the problem. The next morning when we checked out we complained about the night and the manager just looked at us and said so sorry. I feel we should of been comped either the massages or given money back on the night. We have been all over the world and this is the first time we have had this experience. I told the manager we would not be back and she did not seem to care. You can not conduct business in this manner before it catches up. With prices set for this resort you would expect the best. We did not!!
